You will receive your e-gift card within approximately 1 hour of your purchase. It will be sent to the same email you use to checkout with.
All products are made custom, to order. This allows us to offer the most variety of brands, colors, logos, sizes, etc. Due to this, please allow approximately 5-10 business days for your order to ship out. Some items require longer lead times which is noted in the description.
All orders are decorated on-demand. Therefore we do not offer any returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged product, we would be more than happy to offer an exchange. If this is the case, please email shopstaff@teecommerce.shop with your order number.
